Fiscal Year 2023 Has Started!

For the 2023 Fiscal Year, which stated on August 1, 2023, the Board of Directors has set the monthly assessment rate to $261.00. Owners are reminded their payments are due on the 1st of every month and considered delinquent after the 10th of the month. Please ensure your payments are received on time!

We offer many convenient payment options, including paying online via credit card (for a small fee) or by e-check for no fee at all! In about 10 minutes you can set up recurring online payments and avoid the hassle of having to mail a check each month. It's so convenient, about 70% of Owners choose this method! Below, find instructions on how to set up recurring payments using the CIT C-PropertyPay system!

Pool Information

Owners and residents are reminded that the community pool is owned and operated by our neighboring community, Forest Hills Owners Association. Pool Access Fobs can be requested from our Community Manager, Greg at G.S. Phillips & Co. Inc. by email to greg@gsphillips.com and cost $10.00 each. This is the extent of what Greg can help you with regarding the pool. Other inquires regarding the pool should be directed to the Manager for Forest Hills Owners Association, Sheila Miller at Personalized Association Management.

The community pool is open Memorial Day through Labor Day every year. The pool is for the use of all Forest Hills Condominium Owners Association and Forest Hills Owner Association residents, and a limited number of guests. Please observe the pool rules, and use the pool safely. Please note glass bottles, smoking, and pets are strictly prohibited in the pool area.
